如果h1b没有抽中，opt又要到期，你可以找到能够维持F1身份的学校来使用cpt继续工作。

Goldey-Beacom College

申请文件(他们接受扫描件申请)：
1. Online Application【10分钟就能填完的表格】
2. Official academic transcript(s)
3. Photocopies of your visa, I-94/stamp
4. Photocopies of all previously issued I-20’s
5. Bank Statement. If you are currently working and plan to keep that
same job knowing the CPT rules listed below, then you are allowed to submit
the last two months’ worth of pay stubs instead of the bank statement.
CPT要求：
1. You must have graduated from an accredited U.S. school and finished
your OPT (or completed a minimum of 2 semesters of study in an accredited U.
S. school)
2. Your job MUST relate to your degree here
3. You MUST physically live within three-hour drive from Wilmington,
Delaware and work within a one-hour drive of your home (no exceptions)
4. You must attend all classes, without fail, and maintain a 3.0 GPA

Mercy College
Mercy College 有四个校区，其中两个在纽约西部，一个在曼哈顿（位于35街，非常靠近曼哈顿的韩国城），还有一个在布朗克斯。
学校大部分课程有提供CPT和OPT。学生入学后，如果获得美国公司的聘用，向学校申请CPT后，就有在美国合法工作并取得工资的权利。学校还会为毕业生提供一年的OPT时间。
